Woljeongsa Temple opened ‘Manwol Seonwon’ to keep the sprit of Geumgang Seonwon and to blossom the Buddhist culture of ascetic practices. It was built in front of Bangsangul that Master Tanheo used to stay. It took 2 years and 4 months to be completed and there are total 6 facilities include study room, residence hall, and auditorium for meditation. On November 2008, at the celebration of the completion of the new building, the chief monk said he expected that there would be a great taught that could make the world stable and harmonious.

The name of Chungryang named after another name of Odaesan(Mt.), Chungryangsan(Mt.). In 1929 while Master Hanam stayed, it was called the best Seonwon in North and it had been filled with monks who wanted to stayed there for their retreat.

Unfortunately, it had to be closed for 13 years due to financial difficulty since 1983. In 2002, Rev. Jeongnyeom who was the chief monk of Sangwonsa Temple at that time, rebuilt and reopened the Seonwon. The seonwon is close to Jeokmyulbogung that enshrine the sarira of the Buddha and known for the most popular seonwon in Korea that most monks want to come for their retreat.

Kirin Seonwon was built in 1994. It's been built in the form of Paljakjibung and in the shape of Korean Alphabet . Total capacity of the building is 30 people. It is located in Kirinsan mountain and named after the name Kirinsan Mountain by Rev. Hyunhae and the tablet on the building was written by Rev. Seokjoo. The meditation starts after the fourth day of Jabidojangchambub and Yanghwangchamkido followed by the first day of the retreat.
